Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for the items are damaged or defective or significantly different.

  • Refunds and Exchanges.
  1. In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the user shall notify us within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
  2. To be eligible for refund or exchange, you must record an unboxing video and share with us that video within the aforementioned period of 3 days.
  3. Upon receiving your return request we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request and if the request is genuine, we will arrange for pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider or we may ask you for self-ship return option.
  4. Once your return is received by us and successful completion of the quality check, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation at the email address or mobile number provided to us. If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned product, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will give you a complete refund within 4 to 6 business days.
  5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Conditions of Return
  1. Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, invoices, accessories and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.
  2. The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.

  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

  • Cancellation of return Request A request for return once made can be cancelled by contacting customer service. In case the logistic service provider arrives to receive the shipment and you want to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the logistic service provider that you do not wish to return the product. You will receive an email or SMS notification at the email address or mobile number provided to us cancelling your return request.

  • Refusal of Return Request – We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, you will not be refunded the payment made or any costs and will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.

  • Frivolous Complaints – In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

  • Return Shipping Process
  1. For return shipping managed by us, you will need to hand over the product to the assigned logistics service provider at the time of pick-up. In the event the logistics service provider makes attempts to pick-up the product and you are unavailable or not ready to handover the product, we or logistics service provider will not be held responsible for the delay in pick-up or processing of the quality check by us and hence the refund. A maximum of 2 attempts will be made by the logistics service provider to pick-up the product to be returned.
  2. Self-ship return Option. In case of return of products initiated and subsequent courier of the product by you, if it is found that the returned product was not delivered to us or any other designated location specified or the package was empty, the onus shall be on you to prove through submission of proof of delivery from the concerned courier service provider to establish your claim of return. We are not liable to process the return request until satisfactory proof of delivery is provided to us.

  • Discrepancy between information provided by you and our logistics service provider – In case of any discrepancy in the status of pick-up of a product arranged by us, (where you claim the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if you successfully furnish the courier slip given by our assigned logistics service provider at the time of the pick-up.

Order Cancellation Policy

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation, you will receive a notification through email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us.

We reserve the right to remove any product from www.mypriyadarshini.com at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the order confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent you the order confirmation.

Availability of products

All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse the amount that you may have paid.

Cancellation by you

Prior to the product being shipped for deliver, you may cancel an order for any reason. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a confirmation email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold us liable for any rejection of order cancellations. You will receive a refund for your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided for cancellation/return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation or return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the return or cancellation policy. Given the same, the refunds would be initiated as under :

Time period for refund –

Refunds are normally processed within 1 to 6 working days after the completion of quality checks of product returned and further depends on various banking and payment channels. Interest or any other charges will not be refunded. The mode of refund of payments cannot be changed at any stage as the refund amount is transferred to your source account. We are not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or third party service provider errors or delays.
